Conference rates are based on individual membership status.
- If you have never been a member, the American Camp Association offers a FREE 1-year trial membership for first time members. Use code FREENE at checkout and JOIN today. Our EARLY BIRD rates for 1st, 2nd, 3rd + additional registrations help you save money and help us plan better! (available through February 1, 2024)

Registrations include hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar in the CampEXPO on Thursday; a coffee/bagel break in the EXPO on Friday; and light breakfast on Saturday for all.

Lunches and dinners are NOT included with your registration! We will not be offering pre-purchased boxed lunches this year due to rising food costs at the hotel that we don’t want to pass along to you, our attendees. However, there will be concessions for you to purchase a grab-n-go lunch at the hotel, more details to come.

There’s significant savings for the 3rd and additional individual(s) from your camp/organization who attend the full conference. So, bring lots of staff!
- 3rd person rates are only available if two other individuals from your camp/organization are registered for the full conference – student, one-day, and multi-day registrations do not count towards the 1st and 2nd person rate.

Accredited and Member Camps registering 6 or more people qualify for member pricing on all participants, regardless of individual membership status.
- Contact kerry@acanewengland.org for the bulk registration form to take advantage of this offer. ACA, New England will manually adjust pricing for any individuals who are non-members.
- Please note: for registrations not completed online, registration is not considered complete until payment is received. To receive early bird pricing, payment must be received by the deadline of February 1, 2024, so please plan accordingly.

Pre-conference sessions (CampWell training, New Camp Director Workshop, and Accreditation Process Workshop) will be held on the Wednesday before the conference and require separate registration.

We do expect our hotel block to fill up! Plan ahead and book early.

For any group, student, or other manual registrations not completed online, registration is not considered complete until payment is received. Attendees may not receive confirmation emails/conference communications until payment is processed. To receive early bird pricing, payment must be received by the deadline of February 1, 2024, so please plan accordingly.

Scholarship Funds: We are committed to expanding participation at our conference and want attendees to reflect a diversity of backgrounds, camps, cultures, and identities. We have established a Scholarship Fund to help make the conference more accessible to staff of ACA member camps and individual ACA members who would like to attend the New England Camp Conference. Includes access to CampEXPO and Conference Sessions and events on the day(s) registered. No early bird rates are offered for one-day or multi-day registrations. If your camp is already sending two people at the 1st and 2nd person rate, a 3rd+ additional person registration for the full conference may be more cost-effective than one/multi-day registration.

Scholarship Funds

ACA, New England never wants cost to be a barrier to attending our events. We are committed to expanding participation at our conference and want attendees to reflect a diversity of backgrounds, camps, cultures, and identities. Scholarship information will be posted here in fall 2024 when it is available.

Cancellation/Transfer Policy

New England Camp Conference registrations are non-refundable. Conference registrations may be transferred to another attendee from your camp/organization at any time by reaching out to ACA, New England.

If ACA, New England cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be held on account for a future event or fully refunded if you prefer. ACA, New England is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or cancelled.

We do not offer refunds for the conference due to weather if the conference starts and we are operating as usual.
