  • Conference rates are based on individual membership status.
    • If you have never been a member, the American Camp Association offers a FREE 1-year trial membership for first time members. Use code FREENE at checkout and JOIN today. (Be sure to set up your free membership BEFORE registering for the conference. Questions or challenges getting signed up for membership? Email bud@acanewengland.org.)
  • Our EARLY BIRD rates for 1st, 2nd, 3rd + additional registrations help you save money and help us plan better!
  • Registrations include hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar in the CampEXPO on Thursday; a coffee/bagel break and sweet treats in the EXPO on Friday; and light breakfast on Saturday for all. For attendees who have joined us in past years, we will not be having a Friday celebration dinner this year.
  • No registration includes lunches! All lunches must be pre-ordered individually ($17/ea) at the time of registration (deadline 3/14/23), if desired. This is a great, quick option, especially if you plan to attend a lunchtime Round Table Session or just don’t want to have to worry about leaving the venue or rushing. There are other restaurants in neighborhood, but timing can be tight. As of 1.20.2023 it is looking like the DoubleTree restaurant, The Current, will not be open for lunch during our conference. This could change, but we wanted to inform attendees so they can plan accordingly and be sure to pre-order bagged lunches if they want to be sure they won’t need to leave the conference venue for lunch.
  • There’s significant savings for the 3rd and additional individual(s) from your camp/organization who attend the full conference. So, bring lots of staff! 
    • 3rd person rates are only available if two other individuals from your camp/organization are registered for the full conference – student, one-day, and multi-day registrations do not count towards the 1st and 2nd person rate.
  • Accredited and Member Camps registering 6 or more people qualify for member pricing on all participants, regardless of individual membership status.
    • Contact amelia@acanewengland.org for the bulk registration form to take advantage of this offer. ACA, New England will manually adjust pricing for any individuals who are non-members.
    • Please note: for registrations not completed online, registration is not considered complete until payment is received. To receive early bird pricing, payment must be received by the deadline of February 9, 2023, so please plan accordingly.
  • Pre-conference sessions including New Camp Director Workshop and Accreditation Process Workshop will be held on the Wednesday before the conference and require separate registration. Registration for these sessions will open in early 2023.
  • We do expect our hotel block to fill up! Plan ahead and book early.
  • For any group, student, or other manual registrations not completed online, registration is not considered complete until payment is received. Attendees may not receive confirmation emails/conference communications until payment is processed. To receive early bird pricing, payment must be received by the deadline of February 9, 2023, so please plan accordingly.
  • Scholarship Funds: ACA, New England never wants cost to be a barrier to attending our events. We are committed to expanding participation at our conference and want attendees to reflect a diversity of backgrounds, camps, cultures, and identities. We have established a Scholarship Fund to help make the conference more accessible to individual ACA members who are first-time New England Camp Conference attendees (if you’re not currently a member, you can join first!). You can complete a Scholarship Fund Request here. Please submit your request by Sunday, January 29, 2023.     Cancellation/Transfer Policy

    New England Camp Conference registrations are non-refundable. Conference registrations may be transferred to another attendee from your camp/organization at any time by reaching out to ACA, New England.

    If ACA, New England cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be held on account for a future event or fully refunded if you prefer. ACA, New England is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or cancelled.

    We do not offer refunds for the conference due to weather if the conference starts and we are operating as usual.
