A $600 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Bookings made on or after January 21, 2027 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

10% discount on purchase of additional booth space (rounded to the nearest dollar).

Non-profits qualify for a $200 discount on all booths. Documentation will be requested during the application process.

In 2027, thanks to some generous funding, we are able to offer a $300 cost reduction for first-time New England CampEXPO vendors who have never exhibited at our show before. There may be a limited number of first-time reductions available, so lock in your booth early to take advantage of this offer!

Booth shares of 10 x 10 spaces are possible for an additional fee of $100 if vendors find each other to partner. Contact Kerry to work out the details.

Your booth rental fee includes:

• One table (4′ for 5 x 10 booth and 6′ for 10 x 10 booth), two chairs, wastebasket, 3′ side drape and 8′ back drape, and FREE Wi-fi
• Placement on ACA New England’s vendor website
• Listing on mobile app – deadline March 3, 2027 to make this list
• Ability to submit a show special to be shared with attendees in a pre-conference email – deadline February 25, 2027 to submit
• One-line identification sign
• Two employee name badges per booth (additional badges must be purchased/pre-approved by contacting kerry@acanewengland.org)
• Opportunity to submit educational session proposals – submissions period for 2027 will be open mid-August to mid-October 2026 (no extensions typically granted, so mark your calendar to submit in time).
• Post-conference mailing list provided by ACA New England to be used for ONE-TIME communication with registered attendees.
• IMPORTANT: Booth rental fee does not include electricity (Can be ordered directly from the hotel once the 2027 service kit is available).
