Our Conference App and a PDF version of a program are available here! (3/15/23) (We are not printing program books at the conference this year, so be sure to download/print at home if you prefer this to the app.)

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Vision at the Conference: Our conference is committed to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the summer camp industry, fostering an environment where all professionals can come together to learn, share, and grow. Through our programming and interactions, we strive to create a space where everyone is valued and respected, regardless of their race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ability, or background. By being intentional about diversity and inclusion, you will help us create a greater sense of belonging for historically marginalized communities. We ask each conference participant to actively help us create this environment of inclusion and belonging.

Registration rates are based on individual ACA membership status. (To discuss membership options, email Bud, bud@acanewengland.org)

Online registration will be open through Thursday, March 23, 2023. After that, we will ask you to do a walk-in registration when you arrive at the conference.

Please note: Registrations include hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar in the CampEXPO on Thursday; a coffee/bagel break and sweet treats in the EXPO on Friday; and light breakfast on Saturday for all. For attendees who have joined us in past years, we will not be having a Friday celebration dinner this year.

In addition to full conference attendance, one-day, multi-day, and student rates are also available. You can find more details on the registration tab.

Scholarship Funds: As of 3/13/23, overnight accommodations and travel assistance funds have been exhausted, but we are able to offer registration assistance for requests received by 3 pm ET on Friday, March 17, 2023. We will disable the form if/once funds are exhausted. ACA, New England never wants cost to be a barrier to attending our events. We are committed to expanding participation at our conference and want attendees to reflect a diversity of backgrounds, camps, cultures, and identities. We have established a Scholarship Fund to help make the conference more accessible to individual ACA members who are first-time New England Camp Conference attendees (if you’re not currently a member, you can join first!). You can complete a Scholarship Fund Request here. If you don’t fit this criteria, please call us at 781-541-6080 to discuss financial assistance options.
