Before you register, did you know?

  • Conference rates are based on individual membership status.
  • No registration includes lunches! All lunches must be pre-ordered individually ($16/ea) at the time of registration, if desired. This is a great, quick option, especially if you plan to attend Choose Your Own Adventure Sessions or just don’t want to have to worry about leaving the venue or rushing. There are other restaurants in the hotel and neighborhood, but timing can be very tight. The deadline to order lunches was 3/8/22.
  • There’s significant savings for the 3rd and additional individual(s) from your camp/organization who attend the full conference. So, bring lots of staff! 
    • 3rd person rates are only available if two other individuals from your camp/organization are registered for the full conference – student, one-day, and multi-day registrations do not count towards the 1st and 2nd person rate.
    • New this year – we have a 3rd/additional person EARLY BIRD rate. This helps you save money and helps us plan better!
  • Members save significantly on registration fees –  The American Camp Association offers a FREE 1-year trial membership for first time members. Use code FREENE at checkout and JOIN today. (Be sure to set up your free membership BEFORE registering for the conference.)
  • Accredited and Member Camps registering 6 or more people qualify for member pricing on all participants, regardless of individual status. 
  • Pre-conference sessions including New Camp Director Workshop and Accreditation Process Workshop will be held on the Wednesday before the conference and require separate registration. Registration for these sessions will open in early 2023.
  • 1st & 2nd Person Full Registrations include a 100th Conference Celebration Ticket (Friday evening) (if registration received by 3/9/22).
    • 3rd Person, Student, One-Day, and Multi-Day Registrations do not, but tickets can be purchased at the time of registration.
    • We want everyone to come and celebrate this HUGE milestone with us! So, if you can’t afford a ticket, email Kerry to be added to a ticket-seeker list.
      • Or, if you can help buy a ticket and support a colleague in need, you can opt to do so during the registration process!
  • We do expect our hotel block to fill up! Plan ahead and book early.

    ACA, New England never wants cost to be a barrier to attending our events. Please call us at 781-541-6080 to discuss your options.

    Cancellations & Refunds

    (specific to the 2022 New England Camp Conference only)

    All cancellations must be made in writing (email or mail). Cancellations postmarked/received by February 22, 2022 will be refunded, minus a $40 administrative fee. Cancellations received after February 22, 2022 will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Transfers to another attendee from your camp/ organization are permitted at any time for no additional charge. Phone cancellations are not accepted. Refunds may not be issued until AFTER the conference ends.

    Please note that refunds are for registration fees only and will not include any out-of-pocket expenses for transportation, lodging, or anything but registration fees.

    If ACA, New England cancels the event for which you have registered, the registration fee paid will be held on account for a future event or fully refunded if you prefer. ACA, New England is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or cancelled.

    We do not offer refunds for the conference due to weather if the conference starts and we are operating as usual.
