As the longest running camp conference, 2023 will be our 101st year!

2023 New England Camp Conference, March 30 – April 1, 2023

Manchester, NH

Registration will open in November 2022

If you can’t wait for the conference, check out our Educational Opportunities calendar for other upcoming professional development offerings.

We’d love to see you sooner than March 2023!

One of the most important pieces of our conference are our educational sessions. Our call for proposals will be open mid-August to mid-October 2022, so start thinking about your sessions now and check back for the link! A few notes:

  • We look for a balanced program with sessions on many different topics applying to various staff roles and experience levels, including but not limited to: leadership, activities, programming, business, operations, staff, health and wellness, MESH, youth development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, trending topics.
  • Sessions with diverse presenters, multiple speakers, various perspectives, and panels are highly desirable, so keep that in mind as you’re crafting your proposals.
  • We typically offer 75-minute educational sessions and shorter 45-60 minute blocks designed to be more conversational/round table format, so think about what would be the best fit for your style and topic.
  • If you have an idea and want to discuss it more/get feedback, feel free to email Kerry.
