Our Commitment to Our Donors

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us. We will not sell, rent, or give this information to anyone unless where you give us permission to do so, e.g. when uploading a resume to our Job Board.

Upon request, ACA, New England will grant individuals reasonable access to Personal Information that we and our agents hold about them. For example, visitors to the website who have provided Personal Information to us may review and/or make changes to the same by contacting ACA, New England. In addition, individuals may manage their receipt of marketing communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any ACA, New England marketing e-Mail. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our subscription databases.
