Wondering about PechaKucha, or PK for short?

The term “PechaKucha” derives from Japanese, meaning “chit chat.” PK represents storytelling that celebrates people, passion, and innovative thinking. The PK 20×20 presentation style involves a slideshow of 20 images, each progressing every 20 seconds. It’s a seamless, 400-second opportunity to narrate your story, with visuals guiding the way. Whether you’re a seasoned speaker or someone contemplating presenting but feels daunted by hour-long speeches, PK welcomes everyone!

What do we mean by innovation? Here are some possible topics to get you thinking…

  • All-camp/evening activities
  • Unique program offerings
  • Storage/organization
  • Rainy day ideas
  • Teen leadership
  • Creating magical theme days
  • Keeping it fresh for camper retention (specifically teens)
  • Hacks
  • Creative facilities projects
  • What makes you unique? You are a Big Mac: What’s the Special Sauce?
