Where is it?
- Members can directly access the survey link in the email announcement. It will also be in subsequent reminders (halfway point, and survey closing soon).
- The survey link is also posted here: General Group page on Tradewing.
How long does it take?
- Beta testers averaged out around 8 minutes. So, 5-10 minutes to get the job done.

What’s the timeline?
- We will keep the submission portal open through the end of March, and we plan to have preliminary insights to share at the New England Camp Conference with fuller analysis coming later this spring.

At ACA, New England, we’re proud of the work we do and the service we provide our members. However, we’re always looking to do better. For this reason, we are launching a local survey for ACA, New England members during February and March of 2024.
Other recent surveys from our partners have focused more on camps’ operations, demographics and economics. For that reason, we’re limiting those types of questions and instead focusing on the individual member to hear about their needs.
What are we doing well as an Association?

What are we not doing that we should do?
Where do we fit into your camp community?
Over the past few months, our Board of Directors has convened several working groups to address strategic areas of our operation such as programs, brand awareness, Accreditation, governance, budgeting, and more. These groups are crafting the questions we believe will bring the most valuable information to inform future decisions.
The survey will launch at the beginning of February and run through March. It should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete. This survey is for individuals, so more than one person from a camp can submit answers. We’re excited to hear from folks, so we can continue effectively serving you in the places that work while pivoting attention and resources to areas that need both.
We understand you’ve seen a lot of information about surveys recently from our partners in the national office. Please note that we are tailoring our local survey to address questions and needs specific to New England membership.
Just as you hope to make changes your customers want and need, we hope to reinforce resources and services you find valuable while adding or cutting things we’ve previously missed.
