ACA, New England is excited to offer two days of in-person camp tours in New Hampshire this Fall, 2025!

Join us for one or both days to explore the properties and facilities at:

• Tuesday, September 16: Camp YJ (overnight camp) (this is a last-minute change) & YMCA Camp Sargent (day camp)
• Wednesday, September 17: Overnight Camps – Camp Glen Brook & Camp Takodah

After a busy summer, this is a great opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your peers and make new connections, all while touring beautiful camp properties to learn more about their programming and operational strategies. Each day of touring will include small-group discussions about programming, facility use, sustainability and environmental impacts, or anything else that comes up throughout the day. And, join us on Tuesday evening for happy hour at Lost Cowboy Brewing to continue the networking and connection!

When & Where:

Tuesday, September 16, 10:00am – 3:45pm (20-minute drive between camps)

• Camp YJ (Amherst, NH)
• YMCA Camp Sargent (Merrimack, NH)
• Happy Hour  at Lost Cowboy Brewing, 4:00 – 5:30pm

Wednesday, September 17, 9:30am – 3:15pm (30-minute drive between camps)

• Camp Glen Brook (Marlborough, NH)
• Camp Takodah (Richmond, NH)

Cost, 1-day/2-day:

• Member: $70/$125
• Non-member: $95/$170

Lunch and happy hour snacks are included in registration. Travel is not included.

Registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another eligible individual from your organization prior to the start of the event.
