Emotional First Aid: Stress & Trauma Response Training

Our Emotional First Aid (EFA) and After Care embodied practices bring ‘emergency room care for emotions’ to your providers, and our after care practices help to create a culture to mitigate stress and bystander trauma. EFA will provide practitioners with simple tools and practices to take care of one’s self while we care for others.

In this workshop providers will learn how to reduce stress, build systems that support recovery, and get simple tools to use daily- at work and at home- to lower the burnout and burden of camp counselors.

Wednesday, April 6, 2:30 – 4:00 pm ET, E-Session on Zoom

Cost: $25 for individual ACA members; $40 for non-members

This session will be recorded and shared with registered attendees who are unable to join live to watch for 30 days.

Now that the live session date has passed, you can still register to receive the recording, which can be viewed through Monday, May 9, 2022.
