2022 September Resident Camp Tours

Camp Brookwoods and Deer Run – Alton NH

ACA, New England is excited to bring its Resident Camp Tours back in 2022 and we are heading to New Hampshire!

These tours offer attendees a chance to visit five overnight camps in two days, September 13 & 14, 2022. This year’s tours will be hosted by Camp Brookwoods/Deer Run, Camp Kabeyun, Camp Hale, Camp Tecumseh, and Camp Robindel.

Camp Tecumseh – Moultonborough NH

This is a great opportunity to see a variety of camp properties, experience how other organizations run their programs and facilities, re-energize by networking with peers, discuss lessons learned and hot topics from the past summer, and gain new ideas as your off-season planning begins.

Kabeyun Camp -Alton NH

The $179/member; $199/non-member registration fee includes two lunches and one happy hour with snacks. Travel, lodging, breakfast, and dinner are not included.

We will kick off at Camp Brookwoods mid-morning on Tuesday, September 13 and expect to finish at Camp Robindel on Wednesday, September 14 around 2:30 pm.  Click HERE for the agenda.

Camp Robindel – Moultonborough NH

To register for the 2022 Resident Camp Tours, please click HERE. Registration fees are based on individual membership status.

Registration closes on Wednesday, September 7. After that, please call ACA, New England at 781-541-6080 to see if we can accommodate you joining us! We kindly request no day-of walk-in registrations.

Registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another eligible individual from your camp/email prior to the start of the event.

Overnight Accommodations

ACA, New England has secured a hotel block for attendees at Fireside Inn & Suites in Gilford, NH for the evening of Tuesday, September 13.

Deluxe rooms are $129.99/night + tax and King Suites are $169.99/night + tax. Reservations include a complimentary Grab & Go breakfast.

Additional hotel options are available nearby in Gilford and Laconia, or you could also look on the other side of the lake in Wolfeboro or slightly further north in Moultonborough.
