Brantwood Camp seeks Camp Director

Brantwood Camp is seeking an experienced, energetic, and mission-driven Camp Director to help lead our adjoining boys’ and girls’ overnight summer camps in southern New Hampshire. For more than 120 years, Brantwood has provided life-changing summer experiences for children ages 10–15, regardless of their family’s ability to pay, while fostering leadership, character, confidence, and lifelong friendships.

Working closely with the Executive Director and senior leadership team, the Camp Director will oversee year-round planning, staff recruitment and training, program development, camper services, facility operations, and community partnerships. This position is ideal for a collaborative leader with significant experience in overnight camping, youth development, and staff management who is committed to maintaining Brantwood’s cherished traditions while helping shape its future.

Candidates should have at least five years of management experience, a bachelor’s degree outstanding communication and leadership skills, and a passion for creating safe, inclusive, and transformative experiences for young people. The camp is located on the Peterborough/Greenfield NH border with the off-season office in Peterborough. On-site living during the camp/rental season required.
