Camp Nova (Grades 3–4) is looking for Head Counselors who know camp and are ready to step up.

If you’ve worked camp before and people naturally look to you when things get chaotic… keep reading.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

Run and supervise your own group of campers
Manage and maintain your group binder
Communicate consistently via walkie
Conduct regular head counts (yes, constantly)
Run structured activities and large group games
Lead a daily choice activity
Carry and return medications when needed
Manage life jackets and waterfront procedures
Set the tone for safety and fun
You’re not just participating.
You’re leading.
