Camp Nova (Grades 3–4) needs a Director who gets it.

Not someone who wants to “try leadership.”

Leading a staff team and setting the tone every single day
Building structured, high-energy programming
Managing big personalities without killing the vibe
Keeping things safe, organized, and fun at the same time
Being the calm when the dodgeball game gets intense
This isn’t babysitting.
This is camp leadership.
