Should you wish to join us\, please email kerry@acanewengland.org to see if we can accommodate you.\nACA\, New England is excited to offer two days of in-person camp tours in New Hampshire this Fall\, 2025! \nJoin us for one or both days to explore the properties and facilities at: \n\nTuesday\, September 16: Camp YJ (overnight camp) (this is a last-minute change) & YMCA Camp Sargent (day camp)\nWednesday\, September 17: Overnight Camps – Camp Glen Brook & Camp Takodah\n\nAfter a busy summer\, this is a great opportunity to slow down\, reconnect with your peers and make new connections\, all while touring beautiful camp properties to learn more about their programming and operational strategies. Each day of touring will include small-group discussions about programming\, facility use\, sustainability and environmental impacts\, or anything else that comes up throughout the day. And\, join us on Tuesday evening for happy hour at Lost Cowboy Brewing to continue the networking and connection! \nWhen & Where:\nTuesday\, September 16\, 10:00am – 3:45pm (20-minute drive between camps)\n\nCamp YJ (Amherst\, NH)\nYMCA Camp Sargent (Merrimack\, NH)\nHappy Hour  at Lost Cowboy Brewing\, 4:00 – 5:30pm\n\nWednesday\, September 17\, 9:30am – 3:15pm (30-minute drive between camps)\n\nCamp Glen Brook (Marlborough\, NH)\nCamp Takodah (Richmond\, NH)\n\nCost\, 1-day/2-day:\n\nMember: $70/$125\nNon-member: $95/$170\n\nLunch and happy hour snacks are included in registration. Travel is not included. \nWe have a block of rooms secured at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Keene at a rate of $168/night plus tax. DESCRIPTION: 2022 September Resident Camp Tours\nCamp Brookwoods and Deer Run – Alton NH \nACA\, New England is excited to bring its Resident Camp Tours back in 2022 and we are heading to New Hampshire! \nThese tours offer attendees a chance to visit five overnight camps in two days\, September 13 & 14\, 2022. This year’s tours will be hosted by Camp Brookwoods/Deer Run\, Camp Kabeyun\, Camp Hale\, Camp Tecumseh\, and Camp Robindel. \nCamp Tecumseh – Moultonborough NH \n  \nThis is a great opportunity to see a variety of camp properties\, experience how other organizations run their programs and facilities\, re-energize by networking with peers\, discuss lessons learned and hot topics from the past summer\, and gain new ideas as your off-season planning begins. \nKabeyun Camp -Alton NH \n  \nThe $179/member; $199/non-member registration fee includes two lunches and one happy hour with snacks.
