Analyzed and updated Local Operating Procedures to reflect ANSI | ACCT 03-2009 Standards thus increasing safety and reducing cost to the organization.
Planned and facilitated challenge course training and skills verification for instructors and camp counselors.

Collaborated with the Program Director and staffing mangers to create personal improvement plans for staff who showed signs of low performance or could not meet skills verification standards.
Maintained a challenge course of 30 lows and 12 high elements and worked with an ACCT Vendor to make sure equipment and course where up to standards.

Inspected course and equipment daily. Ensured all safety standards where met. Performed high element rescues when needed.
