Volunteer at this Year’s Conference

Sign up for as many slots as you’d like. We want you to be able to attend sessions and activities while also

helping out. A few of the key opportunities with include:

• Greeters – Are you a “chatty Chris” who loves to smile? Help ensure attendees feel welcome and know where they are going between session blocks.

• Area room hosts – Leading up to each session, support our speakers by checking in with a few to make sure they have what they need (then, attend a session).

• EXPO Hall support – Help with vendor check-in and being present in the hall during show hours.

• Floating troubleshooters – Camp folks are problem solvers so help us ensure things run smoothly by helping as needed during transition times (e.g. hanging up “room full” signs, requesting a refill on a water station, helping a speaker figure out adaptors).

• Kick-off/closing leaders – Lead brief 10-15 minutes of announcements and activities at the start of

sessions 1, 2, and 7 (we will give you all the materials and instructions)!

• Session/activity assistants – Some of our programming requires an extra set of hands.
