Priority needs to be a love of working with children!

This job includes overseeing and implementing the existing Sailing program while managing a staff of 4-5 counselors.

Duties include tracking and documenting camper attendance and levels passed, completing accurately paperwork with regard to equipment and department goals, and staff evaluations. Camp is a community so we all have a specific teaching activity, and then work together in volunteering to help out in many other areas.

Time Frame: Seasonal

Salary: $3500 - $4500 depending on experience


Must have experience and knowledge of small boats i.e. JY-15's and Widgeons; set up, safety, maintenance.


Experience teaching sailing and the ability to help guide a staff in working with peers and campers.

Alford Lake Camp is a girls' camp that will celebrate its 111th summer in 2017 making us one of the oldest in the world.
