Ideal Seasonal Leadership Positions for Educators, Graduate Students and Those on Ten Month Work Schedules Who Embrace Camp

“Ru’ach” and Community Camp Tevya, celebrating 81 years of residential camping for children ages 8 to 15, welcomes qualified applicants for the Head of Outdoor Living and Learning for the 2020 season.

Responsibilities include and not limited to:

  • Oversee campcraft/nature program including instruction in outdoor living, hiking, orienteering, first aid, the environment, camping, animal care.
  • Coordinate outdoor living experience at campsites including all preparations and details.
  • Supervise, guide and evaluate campcraft/nature counselors.

1 – 3 year’s experience as head of campcraft/nature or outdoor living program at a day or residential camp
