Adventure Trip Leader - Mass Audubon: Wildwood


Job Description

Work with a co-leader to follow one-week trip itineraries. Care for and supervise 5-8 teen campers. Act as representative of Mass Audubon and Wildwood on trips throughout New England: Maine Coast, Cape Cod & Nantucket Island, Vermont Green Mountains, New Hampshire White Mountains.

  • Age 21+
  • Experience working with teens
  • Experience working at a summer camp
  • Teaching environmental education
  • Leading multi-day, overnight camping trips
  • Significant backpacking, biking, and camping experience
  • Sea-kayaking and rock-climbing experience desired
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications
  • Wilderness First Aid and Lifeguard Training certifications
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Complete application and reference checks
  • Successful candidates will need to pass national background checks

Additional Information
