Job Duties

Registration and Enrollment:

Support the youth program director by performing functions related to youth program registration and enrollment. This includes, but is not limited to:

Enter and configure youth programs in Destiny One, UNH’s non-credit enrollment platform
Assist families with enrollment functions (e.g., enroll, drop, transfer, payment, invoice)
Onboard new programs
Update and develop instructions for internal and external users
Provide training for internal users as needed
Determine messages and timelines for communication with families
Perform all follow up for youth program registration completion
Be part of team(s) that implement emerging registration and marketing products
Analyze and report on registration data, trends, areas for improvement
Collaborate with UNH Destiny One staff, IT service desk, youth program managers, and others


Support the youth program director by performing marketing functions for youth programs in a general sense. This includes, but is not limited to:

Generate a marketing calendar/plan
Create email campaigns using Salesforce
Perform additional marketing through platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, paid and free advertising
Communicate with communities throughout N.H. via schools, libraries, etc.
Assist with youth programs website maintenance and design
Assist with digital or printed material production for marketing, trainings, and other needs
Review and report on marketing and website analytics

Policy adherence, reporting, and other duties

Learn the UNH Policy and Procedures for the Protection of Minors
Work with departments to ensure appropriate policies and procedures are in place
Assist in the development of reports such as PowerPoint, reports, and infographics
Additional duties as needed within the UNH Outreach & Engagement Team

Other minimum qualifications: Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail Strong interpersonal and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to think analytically and problem-solve Experience with student/financial records Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, customer service setting, preferably within a technical environment Ability to work independently Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information or issues using discretion and good judgement Proficiency in Office 365 software (Word, Excel, Outlook) Additional Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with Salesforce Proficiency with Destiny One

Suggested Experience:

Acceptable minimum level of education: HS or equivalent Acceptable minimum years of experience: 3-5 years Other minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and four years of related experience, or Associate degree and two years, or combination of education and experience totaling four years.
