SUMMARY:New Camp Director Workshop
DESCRIPTION:The ACA New England New Camp Director Workshop\, or NCDW\, is specifically designed for camp directors with 4 years or less of camp administration experience.   In a small\, supportive atmosphere\, we will discuss the many tools needed for running a successful day or resident camp. Learn from the pros about everything from staff hiring to working with parents\, from dealing with children to handling the everyday situations and issues that are an inevitable part of your life at camp. A team of experienced directors and consultants will lead workshops and provide invaluable materials and hands-on training scenarios.
