There will be two tracks depending on your role at camp: \n\nLeadership – Are you a director or executive? Do you supervise a team who works with campers? Are you someone with a walkie talkie during the summer? If so\, this would be the best option for you. It will include some round table conversations\, a camp tour\, and higher level camp management and operations conversations.\n\n\nProgram – Do you work primarily with campers?
