SUMMARY:EPIC\, New England's POST-2022 Holiday Hang
DESCRIPTION:***Due to weather impacting most registrants’ travel\, this event was postponed from the original December 16 date. Registration is open again\, and we look forward to connecting with you and other EPICs in New England soon!*** \n\n2022 2023 EPIC\, New England POST-Holiday Hang\nPast Holiday Hangs have been online. However\, the EPIC\, New England Committee is meeting at the office in the morning. We figured this would be a great opportunity with a base of people together to see if any other EPICs were looking to connect. Folks are encouraged to arrive when they can and leave then they need to. Our main goal is making new and fostering current connections throughout the camp community. \n\nWe have refreshments.\nWe have networking conversation topics and games on the ready.\nWe have a space for you and a friend.\nThe goal of this is networking and camp chat. There’s no official program\, but there are some agenda items (fun stuff. Bring a positive vibe and a smile).\nWe want to gather EPICs and help people make connections.\n\n\nWhat: An opportunity to meet other Emerging Professionals in Camping and have fun\nWhere: ACA\, New England HQ – 80 Westview St. Lexington\, MA 02421\nWhen: 1/13 between 1pm – 3:30pm\nWhy: Camp people need one another\, and the EPIC network provides an incredible resource for folks who are active.\nHow: register through the button above or the link in this sentence (for free) \n\nGot questions\, comments\, requests\, etc. contact bud@acanewengland.org

SUMMARY:EPIC\, New England Holiday Hang 2022
DESCRIPTION:EPIC New England invites you to embrace your holiday spirit while we discuss “What are you changing for staffing in 2022?”\nDecember 3rd at 3PM is a Friday early enough in December that you’re not burnt out on the holidays but late enough in the day that you can relax and have some fun. \nWhat to expect: \n\nGood\, informal\, quasi-structured conversation around staffing: what’s working\, what’s not\, what’s tried\, what’s next….\nGreat people: EPIC\, New England is a community of camp professionals who dedicated to camping as a career. They see EPIC as an chance to grow themselves while also helping others achieve their growth goals in the industry.\nPhenomenal fun: camp pros are passionate people by nature. We like to channel that passion into positive\, fun\, productive events.\n\nThe hour will start with staffing chat\, grow organically\, involve a costume* contest\, and end with some trivia. (*the term costume is loosely defined as anything worn that’s driven by the holiday spirit). \n\nPS: there are prizes involved.\n\nRegister FOR FREE today and we’ll see you Friday 12./3 @ 3PM #friyay \n\nIf you are interested in learning more about EPIC\, New England – email Bud; Sign-up for our emails; and find us on Facebook

SUMMARY:So\, How Was Your Summer? 9/28
DESCRIPTION:After the longest “summer” in recent memory\, we could all use a little time to ourselves. Where are you heading next\, and what does that look like? \nOur time together will include: \n\nShort introduction and recap of what we heard in the New England office this summer.\nMultiple blocks of guided\, small group conversations with breaks for non-structured socializing or to grab a snack.\nRandomized seating to encourage as many connections as possible.\nSnacks and beverages.\n\nTopics du jour will cover: staffing\, programming\, lessons learned\, new goals realized\, and of course whatever organically grows around the tables. If you have a question or topic you know you want covered\, shoot an email to bud@acanewengland.org after registering. \nNOTE: We plan to host this event outside\, so please dress accordingly. Should we need to adjust this\, we will notify registered attendees of their options in advance?\nMembers: $25 – Non-members: $40
