DESCRIPTION:What’s the Buzz on DEIB – What have you tried? \nA Peer Discussion Session\nHas your camp been working on initiatives or programs related to diversity\, equity\, inclusion\, and belonging (DEIB)?\nCould you use some feedback on what you’ve been doing/have tried? Are you looking to hear some new ideas as you engage in this work? \nIf so\, we encourage you to join us for an hour dedicated to resource sharing and discussion. Members of ACA\, New England’s Diversity\, Equity\, Inclusion\, and Belonging Committee and staff will be there to guide/facilitate\, but our time together will be guided by attendee ideas. \nPlease come prepared to share one DEIB related thing your camp has tried (whether it worked or not) and to actively participate by asking questions and engaging in dialogue with your peers. \nBecause this session is based on real-time dialogue and we want attendees to be comfortable speaking openly\, it will not be recorded.
