@ the ACA New England Conference
The New England Conference is ACA New England's main opportunity for camp professionals to increase their professional knowledge, network with other camp professionals, and do camp business with vendors of camp products and services. In order to make this event successful, volunteers are needed to help out in key areas. If you are interested in donating an hour or more of your time at this year's Conference, please let us know. Here are some of the responsibilities you can take on:
Room Hosts
Make sure that the room has been prepared for the speaker. Distribute and collect sessions evaluations. Rooms hosts can volunteer for the sessions that they are interested in attending.
Raffle
Help set up and take down the raffle area at the beginning and end of the show. Work at the raffle table between sessions and during unopposed exhibit hall time.
Exhibit Hall
Assist with exhibitor registration and set-up. Act as ACA New England host for specific exhibitors.
Registration Table
Help set up and take down the registration area at the beginning and end of the show. Assist with registering conference participants. Act as a runner to relay information various locations as necessary.
