Overview: Windsor Mountain International Summer Camp is a caring, creative community nestled in the heart of a 1000 acre wilderness preserve, on the edge of a pristine lake. As the first international summer camp affiliated with the United Nations, we take special care to design programs that open students' eyes to new cultures, people, ideas and situations. During our 50 year history, our students and staff have represented all 50 states and over 60 countries. At Windsor Mountain International Summer Camp, our programs and activities help campers explore aspects of being a responsible citizen of the world. Every year Windsor Mountain International searches the globe for fun, enthusiastic, hard working and positive individuals who want to have a positive and lasting influence on the children they work with. At Windsor Mountain we offer an array of outdoor opportunities for children aged between 8 and 16 years old. Our activities include hiking, camping, climbing, kayaking, canoeing, caving, mountain biking, survival skills, and leave no trace camping along with sports, performing arts, ropes course, water activities, applied arts and nature studies.

Position responsibilities. Lead groups of summer campers on 3-day wilderness trips throughout New England, trips may including hiking, camping, climbing, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, caving, mountain biking, and survival skills.

- Ample experience working in the outdoors with specific disciplines such as climbing, backpacking, canoeing and mountain biking,
- Working with children aged 6-16 years old,
- 21 years old and over,
- 12 and 15 passenger van driving experience,
- Leave no trace practices.
