Unit Leader is a seasonal position June 3rd - August 25th. They live on sight (room & board provided), supervise 12-24+ campers and provide support and supervision to up to eight counselors. They organize and oversee all aspects of daily life within their assigned unit within the framework of the larger Wildwood program. Unit Leaders strive to provide a safe and positive camp environment and also teach a variety of activities.

Applicants must have experience working with groups of children and an interest in teaching about the natural environment. Unit Leaders must be at least 21 years of age, hold current First Aid and CPR certifications and be willing to live full-time in a residential camp setting. Must successfully pass background screening (CORI/SORI).
Prior management experience and valid driver’s license preferred.
Salary paid biweekly comprehensive training, housing and meals for the duration of employment, and other benefits. Compensation starting at $3,162 DOE for the season. Additional compensation available for lifeguard, small-craft instructor, wilderness first aid, and select other education and certifications.
