Integral Part of a four person kitchen team for a 10 week residential girl’s summer camp

8 camper weeks- June 26-August 20 • 2 staff training weeks June 13-June 25

In charge of preparing 3 meals a day that incorporate the needs of:

  • Gluten free
  • Lactose intolerant
  • Vegetarian
  • Vegan
  • Food sensitive eaters in a residential girl’s summer camp environment

Cooking for about 45 vegetarians, and a dozen special diets.

Experience

  • Completion of high school or the equivalent, or further studies
  • Interest in lifelong learning
  • Interested in working in a multigenerational, residential community
  • Experience in kitchens
  • Serve safe certified not required, but beneficial
