Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Executive Director, monitor the performance of all program directors and staff within the camp program to insure that our employees represent the YMCA in quality programming. Oversee the development, administration and operations of the summer camp and off-season programs. Hire, train, supervise and develop staff. Support the marketing efforts on the camp in conjunction with the Executive Director and the Chief Marketing and Membership Officer.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
A bachelor's degree is required.  A minimum of three to five or more years of camp program management experience is required.   Candidates will have significant management and organization skills. YMCA camp experience is preferred.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
