General Responsibility
Assist the Office Manager and Directors in the overall management of the camp office during and just prior to the summer camp season.
Specific Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle or distribute as needed
- Greet all walk-in families and determine their needs
- Manage late arrival and early dismissal of campers
- Manage early release dismissal board for division notification
- Coordinate daily camper attendance; including collection of attendance sheets, contacting families of unknown absences, and generating daily lists
- Distribute/escalate relevant camper communications to appropriate camp staff
- Share in the management of the camp email account, responding appropriately to parent communication
- Assist in production of all reports to be distributed to staff
- Provide occasional support to campers who are sent to the office for behavioral reasons
- Assist with other responsibilities as defined by the Office Manager

- Ability to work with different age and skill levels Visual and auditory ability to communicate effectively with the camp community
