Camp Mowglis Director of Development & Alumni Relations is a full-time senior management position reporting to the Camp Director.
The Director of Development & Alumni Relations is responsible for implementing all fundraising programs undertaken by Camp Mowglis and the Holt Elwell Memorial Foundation including major gift/campaign fundraising, annual giving, planned giving, and institutional relations, as well as strengthening and directing the alumni relations, parent relations, and communications programs.
This position will build on the Camp’s current development programs including the annual appeal, leadership annual giving circles, planned giving society, and robust alumni relations activities. In close collaboration with the Camp Director, Board of Trustees, and other volunteers, the Director of Development & Alumni Relations will play an integral role in helping Mowglis meet its fundraising goals by applying superior relationship-building skills, mature judgment, strategic thinking, and tactics, and excellent writing abilities to the fundraising activities of the Camp.
