Job Description

Camp Tioga (ACA Member), located in Northeast PA, is seeking a qualified and passionate candidate for the position of Director.

The Director will be involved in all aspects of the camp, including program, camper recruitment and retention, staff recruitment, parent communication, customer service, developing off-season rentals and operations. In addition, the selected candidate will manage a team of approximately 150 staff members.

Requirements

Selected candidate will be required to work out of the NJ office in the off-season and at Camp from May – August.

Experience

Previously worked at an ACA-accredited camp with an enrollment in excess of 200 campers in a supervisory capacity.

Hhave an undergraduate degree in education or a related field of study.
