Camp Photographer - Camp Wa-Klo for Girls


Job Description

Do you want to impact a child for years to come? Do you want to have a meaningful summer where you are able to develop lifelong career skills like flexibility and adaptability, initiative and self-direction, social and cross cultural skills, productivity and accountability, and leadership and responsibility? If so, come work in a multicultural community where you will act as a mentor, role model, and hero to girls ages 5-17. Camp Wa-Klo is an all girls residential summer camp and we are heading into our 81st summer. We are looking for female summer camp counselors. This position requires staff to put campers first; create a safe environment; attend to physical and emotional safety of self and campers; and create an exciting environment.

The camp photographer is responsible for taking photos of the campers every day and posting them to our online photo forum. The photographer will also create our camp yearbook. She can use photos from this summer to help build her portfolio.
