The population of campers can generally be described as reflective of the nature and diversity of the local community on Cape Cod. The overnight camp program (Sun. afternoon to Friday evening) accommodates about 100 children between the ages 8 to 15, and a day camp program accommodates about 70 children between the ages of 6 to 12. Camp Farley does not operate a camp program during weekends and all staff are off duty every Friday night (about 8:30) to noon each Sunday. They also enjoy an additional 3 nights off per week (9 to midnight), and at least an hour off daily. Staff are welcome to enjoy their own laundry room, private staff beach, staff kitchenette, wireless internet, bicycles, and a roomy staff lounge with large flat TV. Food is provided on weekends and staff are welcome to enjoy many of the camp’s amenities, but they can also leave camp each Saturday or for the short weekend - to take advantage of Camp Farley’s great coastal location on historic and popular Cape Cod. Living and working at a children’s camp is not for everyone, but if you love kids, people, and fun, then you will hardly find a better place to spend your summer than Camp Farley. We value those who can contribute to our program and our great reputation for excellence.
