Crossroads is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Chef who wants to spend the summer of 2018 making a life-changing impact on young people from under-resourced communities.

A Crossroads Chef oversees all food service operations and manages staff directly involved with these operations. Understanding state and ACA health and safety requirements for food service is required and maintaining these at its highest standard is important. Chef’s are responsible for ensuring that all campers and staff have three hot, well-balanced preset meals every day, and follow the summer food program requirements. Becoming a Crossroads Chef is a terrific opportunity for food service professionals.

Details & Qualifications:
● Room & Board are provided
● Stipend is $600+ per week based on experience.
● Positions start on June 18th and complete on August 18th
● Culinary or food service management degree/experience required
● Current Servsafe certification preferred
