The Assistant Director of Camper Development has primary focus in the off season on camper recruitment, development and managing recruiting tools including website, social media, print materials and recruitment and retention events. During the summer season, the ACDC manages prospective camper visits, oversees program, supports staff in camper development, and assists campers and parents in a positive transition to the camp environment. The ADCD will step into the role of Camp Director in the absence of the Executive Director.
