Job Description

The Aloha Foundation seeks experienced professional to lead 110 year-old girls program, Aloha Camp. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the position requires experience in leading and supporting a team of strong counseling staff and working collaboratively with other program leaders. A thorough knowledge of educational and camp programming for girls is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of constituents.

Yearly travel for fundraising and recruiting.


The Aloha Director must be able to conduct expert ongoing training and supervision of a large and varied staff, as well as develop and maintain an exceptional program for girls that draws new applicants to a vibrant and strong camp community. Strong general management skills including problem solving, planning, budgeting, and financial management also required. This full time job requires being in residence during the summer and within driving distance during the rest of the year.
