This intensive training is designed for individuals who would like to expand their understanding of, and ability to manage, participant behaviors at camp. At the conclusion of this 8-hour training, you will be able to provide extended supports (beyond what is likely covered in orientation/staff training for general staff in your program) for youth who are struggling to participate successfully. Additionally, you will be able to support others on your staff team with strategies and techniques to improve their skills when working with challenging participants. This training is designed to help camps/youth programs implement cost-effective behavioral supports as part of their inclusion/ MESH/ SEL efforts.
