Attendees will have the opportunity to connect, grow, and find people with the answers to exactly what you are working on. We each run programs that are unique, but so much of what we do is reinventing the wheel when we don't need to. This is the best place on the planet to connect with folks doing the most similar job to and brainstorm together how each of us can get more done, make more impact, and do make things a little easier on ourselves.

Tuesday (9AM-12PM): Staff, Structures, Training, Growth, and What To Do When It Goes Wrong
Workshop is organized as a Pre-Conference workshop for the Northern New England Parks & Recreation Conference.
Cost of the training is $300 and includes dinner on Monday night. After December 1st; price increases to $350.
Lodging not included in the price of the training academy however a special hotel room rate is available on Monday night for $104 plus tax.
