Before you register, did you know?

  • Conference rates are based on individual membership status.
  • No registration includes lunches! All lunches must be pre-ordered individually at the time of registration, if desired. This is a great, quick option, especially if you plan to attend lunch & learns. There are other restaurants in the hotel and neighborhood, but timing can be very tight. The deadline to order lunches is 3/12/20.
  • There's significant savings for the 3rd and additional individual(s) from your camp/organization who attend the full conference. So, bring lots of staff! 
    • 3rd person rates are only available if two other individuals from your camp/organization are registered for the full conference - student, one-day, and multi-day registrations do not count towards the 1st and 2nd person rate.
  • Members save significantly on registration fees -  The American Camp Association offers a FREE 1-year trial membership for first time members. Use code FREENE at checkout and JOIN today. (Be sure to set up your free membership BEFORE registering for the conference.)
  • Accredited and Member Camps registering 6 or more people qualify for member pricing on all participants, regardless of individual status. 
  • Pre-conference sessions including New Camp Director Workshop, Accreditation Process Workshop, Visitor Update Course, and Associate Visitor to Visitor Course will be held on Wednesday, March 25 and require separate registration. Registration for these sessions will open soon,
  • 1st & 2nd Person Full Registrations include a Friday Annual Meeting & Celebration Dinner Ticket (if registration received by 3/13/20). 
    • 3rd Person, Student, One-Day, and Multi-Day Registrations do not, but tickets can be purchased at the time of registration. 
  • We do expect our hotel block to fill up! Make sure to book your room when you register.

Cancellations & Refunds

Conference registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual from your camp by contacting ACA, New England.
ACA, New England is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or cancelled. We do not offer refunds for the conference due to weather if the conference starts and we are operating as usual.
