    • Bring lots of staff! There's significant savings for the 3rd and additional individual(s) from your camp/organization who attend the full conference. (3rd person rates are only available if two other individuals from your camp/organization are registered for the full conference - student, one-day, and multi-day registrations do not count towards the 1st and 2nd person rate).
    • Members save significantly on registration fees - so become a member before registering for the conference.
    • Accredited and member camps - if you are registering 10 or more people from your camp for the conference, please contact the ACA New England office at 781-541-6080 or kerry@acanewengland.org for a bulk registration form. All attendees from your camp will qualify for the member rate, regardless of individual status.
    • Pre-conference sessions including New Camp Director Workshop, Accreditation Process Workshop, Visitor Update Course, and Associate Visitor to Visitor Course will be held on Wednesday, March 27 and require separate registration.
    • 1st and 2nd-person full registrations include a Friday Annual Meeting and Celebration Dinner ticket. 3rd/additional person, student, one-day, and multi-day do not, but you can purchase a dinner ticket during the registration process (ordering deadline March 14, 2019).
    • This year, we are offering pre-ordered bagged lunches each day of the conference so you don't have to stress! You can purchase these during the registration process as well (ordering deadline March 14, 2019).
    • Early bird rates are available through February 15, 2019.
    • Book your hotel room at the same time you register! We do expect our block to fill up, so don't wait too long.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Conference registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual from your camp by contacting ACA New England.
ACA New England is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or cancelled. We do not offer refunds for the conference due to weather if the conference starts and we are operating as usual.
