A $500 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Bookings made on or after January 24, 2024 must be paid in full at the time of booking.
10% discount on purchase of additional booth space.
Non-profits qualify for a $200 discount on all booths. Documentation will be requested during the application process.
In 2024, thanks to some generous funding, we are able to offer a $300 cost reduction for first-time New England CampEXPO vendors who have never exhibited at our show before. There may be a limited number of first-time reductions available, so lock in your booth early to take advantage of this offer!
Booth shares of 10 x 10 spaces are possible for an additional fee of $100 if vendors find each other to partner. Contact Kerry to work out the details.
Booths will be assigned first come, first served. ACA, New England tries to honor vendor request for booth placement while also doing our best to ensure competing vendors are not directly next to or across from one another.
On the map, red booths are already reserved and not available. Gray numbered booths are available 10’x10′ premium/corner booths; white numbered booths are available 10’x10′ booths; and white lettered booths are available 10’x5′ half booths.
Registration for returning vendors is open (email kerry@acanewengland.org). Registration for new vendors will open in July 2024. A $500 deposit is due at the time of booking.

Camp Expo 2025 will be held March 27 – 28, 2025 (two days during the three-day conference) at The DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown in Manchester, NH. A discounted daily parking rate is available for commuters with ticket validation at the hotel. Make sure to validate your parking ticket BEFORE leaving the EXPO hall.
ACA, New England will have negotiated room rates with a link posted in fall 2024. Please note that in recent years, the hotel has filled up, so we encourage you to book your room early).
